1. Ticket Terms: Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers​

• All bookings for JBG Airsoft Ltd events (e.g. CQB courses) require a non‑refundable deposit (e.g. £35 on a £100 ticket) to secure your place. The deposit is fully retained if you cancel or do not attend. 

• Tickets are non‑transferable. Personal information (name, contact details) provided at booking is tied to the ticket; you cannot substitute attendees or transfer your ticket to anyone else.

• Unless otherwise stated in exceptional written terms, no refunds or transfers of deposits or tickets are permitted.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• Should JBG cancel an event entirely, you will be offered:

  • a credit or ticket of equal face‑value for a rescheduled date (if applicable), or

  • a full refund of the face‑value portion only, after you decline the reschedule option.

  • Note: Deposits remain non‑refundable in all cases.

• If JBG reschedules an event, refunds are not given—instead, you may transfer your seat to the new date.

• For partial cancellations (e.g., one of the two training days), a pro‑rata refund may be offered at JBG’s discretion.

3. Admission & Safety

• Admittance is only granted to ticket holders who comply with site rules. JBG reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for safety or behaviour concerns; in such cases, no refund will be provided.

• You must abide by site instructions, follow health and safety requirements, and disclose any medical conditions or medications to staff.

4. Liability

• JBG Airsoft Ltd and the venue accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

• Attendees participate at their own risk and must adhere to all venue and event regulations.

5. Health & Conduct Requirements

• JBG may require compliance with health protocols; refusal or non‑compliance may result in denied entry without refund.

• Inappropriate, aggressive, abusive or unsafe conduct will result in removal without refund.

6. Promotional Use & Recordings

• Unauthorized recording, photography, or drone use is prohibited unless cleared in advance.

• By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed by JBG for promotional or operational purposes.

7. Modifications to Terms

• JBG may update or revise these terms for legal, safety, or operational reasons. Updated terms will apply to all future bookings.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms fall under the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable UK law.
