We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (non custom items only) Simply contact us via email info@jbgairsoft.com

If however, your order has a custom callsign/name on your garment, we are unable to provide you a refund or exchange, so please ensure the order is correct prior completion. Please contact us via our email if your order is faulty or wrong and we will rectivy it.

Customers are responsible for return postage cost, if your item is damaged or faulty, we will pay for the shipping fee's. Please send us proof of shipping as we can not be held accountable for lost returns.

 

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
